Re-Cycle/Reboot your router - Remove the power cable from the back of your router for 5 to 10 seconds then re-apply. Wait 30 Seconds and check if you can connect to the internet. If you are unable, continue step 2
Reboot your computer - After rebooting your computer, please try to connect to the internet. If you are unable, continue step 3
Reboot AeroSurf equipment - Remove the power supply (POE) from the ac outlet which attaches to the Cat5 cable coming from the antenna on the roof for 10 seconds. Then Re-apply
Wait 2 minutes, and check if you can connect to internet. If unable, proceed to calling technical support.
